For £250 per room we will carry out a site visit to obtain the desired room dimensions, positions of relevant doors, windows, ceiling heights & any obstructions that may affect our design. We will then produce a fully costed design based on your brief for your new room along with elevation or 3D drawings mounted on a design mood board. Your appointed designer will then talk you through the proposed project in the showroom by appointment. You take away a working design that details all that is necassary for you to impliment all changes necassary to create the design you have agreed or within this price we are able to source & order all product for you. If your product is brought with us your £250 design fee is redemable. Any amendments, additional designs or quotations you may require thereafter will be charged at £25 per hour. This payment is due, in full prior to the site visit.
